Conditions to become Gray Haven Authorized Retailer

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Gray Haven Authorized Retailer. We believe our products will be the great addition to your store.  

Application

To apply to become an Authorized Retailer is very easy. In order to be approved as Authorized Retailer, just complete the wholesale application by clicking here. Once you have submitted your application, please create your wholesale login account here. Minimum Order and Purchase Requirements

We offer a low minimum order quantity. Please refer to your wholesale catalog and line sheet provided via email once approved as a retailer.

 

Orders

Our current wholesale orders are done via email. To order our products, please email at grayhaven2020@gmail.com. An invoice will be provided to complete purchase. 

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your order. Orders will not be fulfilled until invoice is paid in full. 

 

Photography

For all Gray Haven Authorized Retailers, all of our product photography is available for use on your website, social media, blog and marketing. Our Dropbox link will be provided upon request to gain access once approved as a retailer.

 

Shipping

We strive to fulfill your order fast and accurately. We ship the orders within 1-3 business days for in stock items. Out of stock items take roughly 2 months for production/shipment. When new inventory arrives, orders will also be shipped within 1-3 business days.  We use UPS and USPS as our main shipping carriers which takes an estimated 1-5 business days. The order you received should be inspected for accuracy, defects and damages within 7 business days. In case any error is discovered, you can email at grayhaven2020@gmail.com

 

Satisfaction and Return Policy

In case you are not fully satisfied or your order didn’t meet your expectation, you can email at grayhaven2020@gmail.com to exchange or return the products within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment. All products must be unused, in new condition with original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

 

Pricing Policy

We require all Authorized Retailers to sell our products at or above the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Failure to comply with our pricing policy may result in removal of Authorized Retailer status. 

 

Selling Venues

All Gray Haven Authorized Retailers are allowed to sell Gray Haven products only in their physical storefront(s), their own company website, or their own social media accounts. Selling Gray Haven products on any third party website (such as Ebay, Amazon) or through any third party physical store front is not allowed. Failure to comply with our policy may result in removal of Authorized Retailer status and all the necessary steps would be taken by Gray Haven to stop such activity. 

 

Right to Modify

Gray Haven retains the right to modify or change this conditions at any time. Changes will not be retroactive. Each Authorized Retailer will be notified about all the changes or modifications by email.
